Drug & Medical Device Litigation

A Drug recall by manufacturers who make and sell prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, and medical devices can cause them to be held liable for defects in their products and for failure to warn consumers of the potential dangers and side effects associated with their products. The causes of actions involving drug product liability and medical devices are virtually the same as in other products liability lawsuits and drug litigation cases, but the stakes are higher; both in terms of human suffering and corporate profits. As a result, these drug lawsuit cases tend to be more complex, lengthy, and expensive than other products liability litigation.

I recently bought a bag of chips at a cosco store as I started eating them , I found some tipe of h
eating the chip that had the hairs and put it back in to the bag of chips. can I do sometthing legally so this wont happen to anyone else. Costco is known for selling quality products , I don''t think cosco cares as long as they make a profit at the expense of their customers.
Hello, im not sure if this is the right category, but recently my girlfriend and I stayed in a hotel
mattress and sheets. It took flame instantly and lit up like a christmas tree. The hotel are charging us for all new materials that were damaged, which I am wondering are the legally right? Should the bed linen not be of some fire retardant material? No sprinkler went off, and there was no fire extinguisher in the room. We are also being charged for the use of anither roo for the night. Can someone please inform me of what is legally the issue''s I face? It happened in Ireland. Thanking you for your rapid reponse.
I was wondering if I could sue the condom company?
I was pregnant, and we were using condoms and it was used properly as per box says and no physical blemishes on the condom and there wasn''t any holes, nor did it break? . (went to the doctor today said i was miscarrying) don''t know if that helps or not. would i have a case and would have a chance to win?
Who do I contact regarding a cricket that was in a sealed can of Great Value green beans?
After contacting the store (Walmart), I was offered and given a $10 gift card for the "trouble". I do not find this a reasonable option as I can no longer eat green beans. I took a picture of it after I almost ate it.
Can I sue the company for false safety claims?
I purchased a small room heater approx 10 mths ago. The other day while in use, the wiring melted thru it''s housing and to the carpet. We had a difficult time to remove it from the carpet and the swivel housing compartment broke showing where the wires had melted thru. There is a piece still stuck to our carpet. We believe that if we hadn''t discovered it when we did would have easily resulted in a house fire.
