Since 2003,  two years after FDA Approval. Bayer was aware that Yaz may carry the risk or lethal blood clots. The increased risk has led to a number of Yaz and Yasmin Lawsuits from young women alleging not only blood clots, but also pulmonary embolisms, Deep Vein Thrombosis, Heart Attacks, Strokes and Gallbladder injuries.
